SO YOU ARE THINKING OF HAVING YOUR CELEBRATION AT TEMPLE EMANUEL

Temple Emanuel is one of the foremost Conservative Congregations in New Jersey. Our location on top of the hill is a thing of inspiration and delight. Overlooking the majestic mountains and the lush greenery of the Pascack Valley, entirely visible from our bema and Sanctuary. Temple Emanuel is a most unique location for your special occasion.

We are pleased to make our facilities available to the larger Jewish community. If eligible, you are very welcome to celebrate your marriage in our hallowed and beautiful Sanctuary followed by a memorable reception in our elegant Simcha Cocktail Room and stately King David Ballroom. Our facilities are also available for Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebration, baby naming, Brits and other joyous celebrations.

Recently completed, our catering facility holds 250 guests comfortably. Decorated in neutral tones with imported crystal chandeliers, hand painted faux marble panels and many other elegant touches, the Temple is the perfect place to celebrate a Jewish life cycle event. Our Panel of superior kosher caterers and knowledgeable professional staff combine to further enhance the sanctity of your special day.

The facility is available for organization and wedding receptions during the week as well as on Saturday evenings and all day Sunday. B'nai Mitzvah receptions may be held on Shabbat afternoon with some restrictions as well as on Saturday evening and Sunday.

Conveniently located off major roads. Temple Emanuel is just 20 minutes from New York City, adjacent to Rockland County and less than an hour from Central New Jersey and Connecticut.

Sanctuary King David Ballroom

King David Ballroom This beautiful 64' by 64' room with its ample dance floor, is perfectly suited to to affairs of 125 to 250 guests. The simple but elegant decor easily lends itself to the use of ,many different color schemes. Handsomely upholstered chairs and tables are included with the room, as well as the use of our decoratively woven wooden screens. Simcha Cocktail Room The most recently decorated of our rooms, the Simcha Cocktail Room is a most versatile area. Its unique shape, combined with the exceptional view, allow the user great flexibility in determining the areas to be used within the room. With the new tables and chairs, the Simcha Cocktail Room can easily accommodate up to 150 guests.
